Check the space next to your RAM though - if you have fancy RAM with teeth on the top, or really wide heat sinks, it might not fit you could move your RAM to slots 3 and 4 though. As another reviewer has said, it is so quiet I can now hear my case fans! Installation is easy enough, but make sure that you have enough room for the fan mounting.
